Brian Salsberg joined Avon in 2013 in the newly created position of Senior Vice President, Global Strategy. He leads the Global Strategy function and is focused on Avon’s overall strategy, business model innovation and growth opportunities. Mr. Salsberg also manages new business development, global digital and eCommerce strategy and the Liz Earle business. He is a member of the company’s Executive Committee.
Mr. Salsberg joined Avon after a 14-year career at McKinsey & Co., a global management consulting firm, where he was a Partner. Most recently, he was a co-leader of the firm’s
consumer and retail practice in Asia. He has experience developing and leading growth and innovation strategies with blue-chip global consumer companies in Asia and around the world.
Prior to his Asia assignment, he was a McKinsey Partner in North America, where he worked with a number of top consumer companies. Earlier in his career, Mr. Salsberg was an Associate at the New York-based law firm Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP.
Mr. Salsberg received his Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University.
